Cold-process bars, cut and cured by the maker. Goat milk, oatmeal, charcoal, and unscented bars for skin that objects to everything else.
Lotions & balms
Body lotions, hand salves, lip balms, and beard oils. Short ingredient lists, and we can tell you what is in each one without reading the box.
Essential oils
Single oils and house blends, plus diffusers and carrier oils. Ask first if you are pregnant, nursing, or buying for a child: several of these are not suitable.
Candles & home
Poured locally in small runs. Soy and beeswax, scented from the same oils we sell on the shelf behind them.
Nutrition
Powders, mixes, and the daily shelf
Protein powders
Whey isolate and concentrate, casein, and plant blends for people who cannot do dairy. We will show you the grams of protein per scoop rather than per serving, which is not always the same number.
Greens powders
Greens and reds blends, with and without added adaptogens. Honest answer up front: these supplement vegetables, they do not replace them.
Electrolytes
Stick packs, tubs, tablets, and ready-to-drink. High-sodium mixes for outdoor work and long training, lighter ones for everyday, and sugar-free across both.
Daily vitamins & minerals
Multivitamins, vitamin D, magnesium in several forms, iron, zinc, B-complex. Capsules, tablets, liquids, and gummies where a gummy actually exists.
Specialty & targeted
Probiotics, omega-3, collagen, joint and sleep support, prenatal, and children’s ranges. This is the part of the shelf most likely to need a special order, so ask.
